Seduction Party Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions relate to the ‘Host’ (the person who is hosting the party and who has therefore entered into the contract with Orchid) and ‘Orchid’ (the trading name of the seduction party company).
- Orchid takes great care to ensure that your Seduction Party is a fabulous event. The party Host is responsible for the overall organisation of the party and ensuring that the nature of the party is communicated to all guests prior to their arrival.
- An Orchid Artisan will present your Seduction Party and she will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the party to set up. Please ask your guests to arrive 20 minutes early as the party will start on time beginning with a one hour showcase and discussion around the Orchid collection. We will then allow an hour for guests to explore products further and make purchases.
- The Host must provide a smoke free venue and if possible a dining- sized table to display product. Your Orchid Artisan will provide additional fixtures required for display.
- We accept EFTPOS, MasterCard and Visa payment options on the evening.
- Orchid Seduction Parties are for females only aged 18 years and older and Orchid requires a minimum of 10 guests. It is the responsibility of the Host to ensure these conditions are met.
- Orchid Seduction Parties must be held in either a private home or hotel room and not be run in conjunction with any other party plan businesses unless prior agreement has been sought. If you are unsure about the suitability of your venue or to discuss larger events please contact us at parties@orchidboutique.co.nz
- The Host is required to complete the online booking form and provide payment for the $50 refundable deposit in order to secure the booking.
- The deposit will be processed through our secure website once your party is confirmed by email and will be refunded within 10 working days. The deposit will only be refunded if the party requirements have been met, such as; the party is held at an appropriate venue, the 10 guest minimum has been achieved and there has been at least $400 in sales.
- As Orchid collections are sourced from all around the globe your order will be delivered within approximately 10 working days after your party. Whether Orchid is shipping to your home, to your work, or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet.
- Orchid does not claim to be experts of sensuality and sexuality, and give only broad information about this topic based on Orchid’s findings.
- Your Orchid Artisan will do their very best to ensure a successful party however Orchid does not guarantee this success nor do they accept legal liability for this.
- Hosts may choose to offer refreshments of which Orchid accepts no responsibility for the costs associated with this.
- It is the responsibility of Orchid to comply with the requirements of the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act at all times.
- Orchid advises that you should over invite rather than under invite to ensure good numbers at the party. If there are less than 10 people attending the party, the party deposit will not be refundable.
- Orchid will endeavour to provide you with your choice of items within the 10 working day delivery period but will not be held responsible for out of stocks that delay this. Orchid will allow you the opportunity to wait for your item or exchange it for another.
- Any sales by guests on the Orchid website prior or after the party are not included in the total party sales.
- Orchid may cancel or postpone the party if the Host has not complied will all aspects of the party agreement. Orchid may also cancel or postpone if an unforeseen issue arises that could not be avoided. In this instance the contract is voided.
