Shipping & Delivery

As Orchid collections are sourced from all around the globe your order will be delivered within approximately 10 working days. Whether Orchid is shipping to your home, to your work, or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, so your goods will arrive without a hint of what's inside. All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging with ‘Orchid du Bois’ as the sender. Though we love our logo, it does not appear anywhere on the outside of the shipping box. Inside the plain shipping box however, you will find our elegant, distinctive packaging. Whether you’re buying for yourself or for another, opening a package from Orchid is always a pleasure.

Orchid delivers nationwide for a flat fee of $10. For international orders please email us and we will do our best to assist you.

All orders will be sent by Post Haste couriers with a track and trace ID. A signature will be required upon delivery. You should expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 working days from the date it is sent. Rural addresses may take longer. Orchid will deliver your order to the address given at the time of purchase. Once your order has been delivered to the address supplied the risk of damages transfers to the recipient/purchaser.

Orchid will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to circumstances out of our control. This includes delays from our courier company or any force majeure event.

Orchid endeavours to have all orders delivered by the estimated date but cannot guarantee this. You agree that Orchid will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by a late delivery.

Privacy is Paramount

Orchid is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Orchid will only use the information that you have given to us to process your order and for future marketing activity, in a lawful manner and in accordance with the Privacy Act. If you prefer not to receive emails from us, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Orchid email you receive.

We will not sell nor disclose your information to any third party, except in the instance of Orchids service providers such as couriers. These service providers only have access to the information necessary to facilitate the service they provide on behalf of Orchid; they're not authorised to use your personal information for any other purposes.

We have partnered with DPS Payment Express to provide the most secure payment system available. Payment Express is one of New Zealand's leading online payment solutions.

Our website uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by DPS which encodes sensitive information like your credit card number when it passes through the internet.

Returns & Replacements

We hope you fall in love with your Orchid purchases, however when the circumstance arises our returns policy is as follows:

Orchid will not provide a refund if you have changed your mind so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. All returns must occur within 7 days of receipt.

In accordance with New Zealand Health regulations we do not permit the return of intimate apparel and products. However, an exception will be made for lingerie size exchanges providing that the items have not been worn and are returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels attached. All items to be returned for re-sizing must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase. If the resized product is unavailable, a credit will be issued. This credit is not redeemable for cash and can be used to purchase Orchid products.

Please note we do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases.

Please follow the below returns procedure:

1. Email info@orchidboutique.co.nz with your intent to return, using your order number as your reference.

2. Complete the returns form sent to you and securely repackage your items.

3. Send your return goods to: ORCHID BOUTIQUE Att: Returns PO BOX 10026 Dominion Road Mt Eden Auckland 1446 New Zealand

4. Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Orchid will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items caused in transit in return to us. Please keep the tracking details for your own records. The shipping charge is non-refundable and you must pay the return shipping.

5. You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please Note: Packages received at Orchid after the 7 day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Warranty Conditions (LELO Pleasure Objects Only)

LELO products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of original purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify LELO during the warranty period, LELO will, at its discretion, replace the pleasure object free of charge.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

This undertaking is in addition to your consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way. If you experience any problems with your pleasure object, have any questions regarding its operation or believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please contact info@orchidboutique.co.nz

Ordering

By ordering using the Orchid website, you agree to supply the correct details needed to complete your order. We will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of products due to incorrect information given.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards and bank transfers on our website. In addition we accept eftpos payment at our seduction parties.

Updating Account Information

You can request to check the information that we hold about you via email or other means of contact. We will change or delete any incorrect information within 10 working days. All information is secure.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, button icons, images, video clips, audio clips, and software (collectively, "Content"), belongs exclusively to Orchid Boutique Limited or its content suppliers. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on this Site (the "Compilation") belong exclusively to Orchid Boutique Limited. All other logos, slogans, trade names or words are the property of Orchid Boutique Limited. The use of any of these without Orchid Boutique Limited’s express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Liability

We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
